Horse Sled Tour or Horse Riding – A Magical Experience in Arctic Nature – 20 minutes from Harstad
Come and join us for something magical, something adventurous and special, so come to us and experience an arctic summer or winter from the horseback or in a horse sledge.
Experience beautiful nature and if we are out in the evening and the sky is clear, we will ride into the midnight sun or how about winter riding in a landscape where the snow lies white and twinkles in the light of the moon and the northern lights if the weather gods are with us.
Not only that, how about a sleigh ride for 2 people. It doesn’t get any cozier than that in wintertime
Owner and operator of the stable is a qualified riding instructor with Norway’s highest professional competence in horses, and she runs a modern horse centre.
Already at the age of six, she had her own horse with her own vision that it should be possible to focus on equestrian sports in Northern Norway and with experience from both Norway and Australia, she has built up a solid professional environment and an inspiring offer for riders of all ages and competition disciplines.
Her vision has always been clear and distinct to her, and she has achieved it: To be the best horse rider in the north – and to show that it is possible to reach high, even here north of the Arctic Circle.
We have 4 kind, safe and good horses, so there are 4 people who can ride at the same time.
Exclusive riding tour daytime takes place between 09.00 and 14.00
The tour includes approx. 40 minutes of riding + introduction, totalling around 60 minutes.
Price per person: NOK 2500.-
Exclusive riding tour in the evening takes place between 20.00 – 22.00
The tour includes approx. 40 minutes of riding + introduction, totalling around 60 minutes.
Price per person: NOK 2700.-
Exclusive winter sledding tour. Daytime between 09.00 – 14.00 – Evening between 20.00 – 22.00
An exclusive tour for 2 people includes about 30 – 40 minutes sledding, total stay about 60 minutes.
Price for two persons: NOK 7950.-
We also offer riding tours and sleigh tours followed by a hot drink and a light snack inside the grill hut.
This provides an extra pleasant and social experience in addition to the trip itself.

Other information:
- It is an exclusive experience. We have 2 tours per day and on daytime and we drive as long as the snow lasts before it melts. The first tour goes 09:30 and the second tour runs at 11:30
- For 2 to 4 pearsons. (Large groups on request)
- Driving to and from is additional
- Remember right winter clothes and footwear according to the season. You’ll get warm suits on before we set off on the trip
- Let us know about any food allergies.
- We reserve the right to cancel in the event of extremely bad weather, little snow, or illness of the dog or handler.
- Refunds will be given upon cancellation, minus the booking/bank fee.
- You participate at your own risk and responsibility – Loss of private equipment is not covered, so remember to take out travel insurance.
- If you are pregnant, have heart problems or back or neck problems, you should not take participating in this experience.
