Cancellation and payment terms

Booked tours can be cancelled no later than 2 weeks before the booked date unless otherwise agreed.

If things like Force Majeure, things that cannot be controlled, and other unfortunate things happen, we use discretion and help each other out in the best possible way.

Tours and experiences are invoiced after each tour and are due 14 days after each tour unless otherwise agreed.
