Here you can see and greet Sami in Sami costume and here you get the opportunity to feed and touch a reindeer if the reindeer wants it. You can also try your hand at lassoing reindeer antlers and hunting bow.
We also take the trip into a lavvo where we sit on reindeer skins around a campfire and hear about Sami culture and history, and we get the opportunity to taste dried and smoked reindeer meat.
In the winter and if it is possible, you can buy yourself a sleigh ride with the reindeer if the conditions are right. It`s depending on there is snow and if the reindeer’s daily form is in shape.
We never know what the weather will be like, or how the animal kingdom will behave, but if we are lucky, we will also be able to see the eagle fly curiously over us and in the sea outside there are both killer whales and harbor seals swimming past, but it’s not every day that we get to see something so spectacular, but we never know.
Overview
You’ll have the chance to meet the Sámi people dressed in their traditional attire. As they sing cultural songs, they’ll guide you through their homeland, showcasing their reindeer herds and traditional lavvu tents.

Visit the lavvo where the tenant’s fire is burning, and the campfire coffee or The is ready and waiting for you. Here you can see and hear about Sami history and hear the Sami joik. The visit then ends after seeing and greeting the reindeer.
Price group B. 90 minutes. From NOK 1600 per person.
Here you are greeted with joik before we enter the lavvo where the tenant’s fire is burning, and the campfire coffee or The is ready and waiting for you. Here you can see and hear about Sami history, and you can also taste dried reindeer meat in addition to being served a light lunch of Sami reindeer wrap.
You can also try your hand at lassoing reindeer antlers and shooting with a hunting bow, that was used for hunting in the past.
The visit then ends after seeing and greeting the reindeer.
